Once your application is approved, select the vendor space size you were assigned and complete payment to reserve your spot.
VENDOR SPACE OPTIONS
All vendor spaces are located outdoors on the sidewalks in Old Town Fairfax around:
• Mode on Main by Mara
• Lucy Loves
• Perfect Mistakes
Main Street remains open to traffic, and the market takes place along the sidewalks and inside participating shops.
Vendor setups must allow clear pedestrian flow and wheelchair accessibility at all times.
XS — 3 ft x 5 ft | $20
Small tabletop-style space for compact setups or 1 very small rack.
S — 4 ft x 6 ft | $30
Small booth space suitable for a table and small display or 1 small rack.
M — 8 ft x 8 ft | $50
Medium vendor space for larger displays or clothing racks.
L — 10 ft x 10 ft | $80
Full booth space. Suitable for vendors using a tent or larger setup.
Because the market takes place on public sidewalks, vendors must arrange their setup so that pedestrians and wheelchairs can safely pass through the sidewalk area at all times.
IMPORTANT
Your vendor spot is not reserved until payment is completed.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
Vendors may only sell the products approved in their application.
SETUP GUIDELINES
To keep the market safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyone, vendors must follow these setup guidelines:
Vendors must only use the space size assigned to them. Please plan your setup accordingly.
All vendor spaces are located on public sidewalks, so setups must allow continuous pedestrian flow and wheelchair accessibility at all times.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, displays, and setup equipment.
If using a tent, vendors must ensure it is properly weighted and safely secured.
Vendors must keep their setup neat, contained within their space, and safe for the public.
Vendors are responsible for removing all belongings and trash at the end of the market.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in vendors being asked to adjust their setup or remove items that block pedestrian access.
